Use Bepanthen Ointment when your baby has nappy rash and Bepanthen Cream when you think the nappy rash may be at risk of infection. If the skin is broken and weeping or if the rash spreads outside the nappy area and hasn't cleared up within a few days, it's time to see the doctor. Also, if your baby becomes feverish or unwell, call your doctor immediately.
