What is Bepanthen?
A baby's skin is very absorbent and sensitive, therefore it needs a well tolerated, gentle product
to care for and help protect it. Bepanthen Ointment is gentle, and can be used at every nappy change and even on the highly sensitive skin
of premature babies.
Bepanthen Ointment is a water in oil emulsion containing 5% pro-vitamin B5 (dexpanthenol) which
gently aids natural skin recovery, while keeping it soft smooth and moisturised. Bepanthen Ointment's
formula has been reduced to a minimum of ingredients containing no perfumes, preservatives, colours.
Bepanthen Antiseptic Cream contains a gentle antiseptic to help treat infection. It leaves a waterproof barrier that
protect between changes and helps to provide a moist healing environment so baby's bottom will be quickly on the mend.
Relief for mums - Breastfeeding isn't always easy and Bepanthen Antiseptic Cream also provides soothing relief for mum's cracked or damaged nipples, made sore from breastfeeding. It is advisable to remove the cream from the nipples prior to each feed.
