Bepanthen Baby

When should you see a Doctor?

Use Bepanthen Ointment everyday, especially when your baby has early signs of nappy rash and
Bepanthen Antiseptic Cream when you think the nappy rash may be at risk of infection.
If the skin is broken and weeping or if the rash spreads outside the nappy area and hasn't cleared up
within a few days, it's time to see the doctor.
Also, if your baby becomes feverish or unwell, call your doctor immediately.

Unexplained rashes

If your baby develops an unexplained rash and displays any of the following symptoms you should
go to the nearest emergency department or call an ambulance straight away.

• Slow, sleepy or irritable

• Vomiting, or feeding poorly

• Crying a lot (moaning or high-pitched crying)

• Running a temperature, looking pale or blotchy

• Jerky, or have seizures (fits)
